At Elyx Ring, we are dedicated to providing products that help alleviate pain, stress, and discomfort through natural magnetic therapy. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If, after 14 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it's within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@elyxring.com.


Cancellation Policy

To make any changes or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may already be in processing. If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the Elyx Ring, and we encourage you to try it for a minimum of 14 days. If you're still unsatisfied, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send us an email at hello@elyxring.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We do not accept returns or provide replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Elyx Ring is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping-related issues. If you experience any delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
