At Elyx Ring, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, because your journey to pain relief should be smooth from the very beginning.

Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. We’ll notify you as soon as your package is on its way. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. As soon as we hand your package to our shipping partner, your Elyx Ring will be on its journey to you!

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location, but here’s an estimate of how long shipping typically takes after dispatch:

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 7-9 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
  • Australia: 4-7 business days
  • Europe in general: 5-8 business days
  • Central and South America: 7 to 15  business days
  • Other countries: May takes 5 to 20 business days

Please keep in mind that during peak times, holidays, or due to customs delays, transit times may be extended. If this happens, rest assured we’ll keep you updated.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to double-check your shipping details at checkout. Inaccurate addresses may result in delays or cancellations. If you notice an error, please email us at hello@elyxring.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update the address before your package is dispatched.

Delayed Delivery

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, unexpected events such as severe weather, courier issues, or customs delays can occasionally affect shipping. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve any delays, but once a package is with the courier, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times.

If your order is delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as payment processing issues or product availability, we’ll notify you immediately to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package gets lost or stolen after dispatch, we understand how frustrating that can be. While we’re not responsible for packages after they’ve been handed to the courier, we’re here to help. If your package hasn’t arrived or is reported stolen, contact us at hello@elyxring.com. You can also file a claim with the courier, and we’ll assist you as much as possible to resolve the situation.
